PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Brand new “best in class” City Hall” envisioned by leadership as the anchor to a major development, this team is turning this vision into a reality now.

Completion of design in phases allowed a quick start to meet the City’s goal of having an iconic building completed to meet private developers’ expectations.

UNIQUE PROJECT CHALLENGES

  • Hard deadline for moving out of existing City Hall for
    decommissioning and turnover to new owner (the local ISD).

  • Off-site roadways and wet utilities not designed when on-site
    construction started.

  • Off-site permanent power not designed when on-site construction
    started.

  • Off-site franchise fiber backbone and City fiber infrastructure not
