      PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This comprehensive Public Safety solution for the City replaces an obsolete set of buildings well past their useful life.
It adds a new 4 bay Central Fire Station; Police Department Headquarters; and 5 level Parking Structure to the City. In the process it will revitalize one of the community’s major intersections, giving the entire City a new image.

UNIQUE PROJECT CHALLENGES
- Unprecedented escalation during the planning and design process. 
- Supply chain extending key product lead times, and complicating the scheduling process. 
- Leasing and renovating temporary Fire Operations, Police/Fire Admin and Property/Evidence/Crime Scene locations. 
- Move management for the above relocations, as well as parking phasing for operational Library, Recreation Center, and Courts stakeholders.
